Los Angeles Signs will price match competitive print price quotes on all retail printing projects to a maximum reduction that is not equal to or below our actual production costs.  lasigns.net must be provided valid proof* from the competing internet web-to-print printer verifying the exact same project specifications** and manufacturing on equal quality commercial offset presses.  In the event a valid competitive quote* does not meet the exact same product specifications** and/or is being produced on non-comparable presses, and/or the competitor’s quote falls below our actual costs, we shall reserve the right to “No Bid” the project.  In appreciation for giving us the opportunity to match the price of a competing quote that results in a “No Bid” situation, we’ll provide you with a promotional code valid towards FREE shipping*** on the print price of any single product order placed with us within 30 days on our lasigns.net website.  Also, in the event we successfully provide you with a price match for your current order at the verified competitor’s price*, we will also provide you a FREE shipping*** promotion code valid towards the print price of any single product order placed within 30 days on our lasigns.net website.  Either way, successful price match or “No Bid”, you still receive the FREE Shipping promotion code.  You receive future order savings regardless!*Valid competitive quotes must be current (dated within 30 days) of the competitive price match request and will be verified as valid through our receipt of a hard copy quote (faxed to us) or receipt by us on an emailed screenshot PDF of the competitor’s website quote (showing the complete order pricing and project specs) before a price match is provided to you or a “No Bid” situation results.**Exact project specifications include paper stock, ink color(s), finishing options, turn-around time and delivery requirements.  lasigns.net cannot match shipping and handling fees as these costs are determined by the location and shipping method of the competitive printer.  The delivery “ship to” address determines the shipping and handling costs as they relate to our competitor’s manufacturing location.  For example, a trade printer in Florida shipping an order to a Florida address does not compare to us shipping from California to Florida.  We will only consider the print and finishing option pricing as they relate to our competitors per our price match policy above.
-Turnaround time begins once your payment is approved.

-If your file is placed on hold, the turnaround time will begin once you select ‘Run As Is’ or once a re-uploaded file is received.If an email design proof is requested, the turnaround time will begin once you approve the design proof.

-All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.

Free or Flat-Rate Shipping:

Most jobs can be shipped for FREE or a small flat rate (Min $10). If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be shipped the next day.)

Store Pick-up:

If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the 2nd business day at 4:30 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be ready for pick-up the next day.) You will receive an email notification if the order is ready earlier.

Same Day Order:

  1. Shipping Orders:
    If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be shipped the same day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be shipped until the next day.)
  2. Store Pick-up:
    If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the same day after 4:00 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be ready for pick-up the same day.) You will receive an email notification if the order is ready earlier.

Lacey Art Service is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Files, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Color Accuracy, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size, Installation, Application, INDEMNITY. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Customer cannot make any changes once order is placed. Turnaround times are an estimate, not a guarantee, all sales are final.
